Supporting the Oregon Shakespeare Festival
since 1948

The Tudor Guild has been an indispensable part of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) since 1948. In a cherished, decades-long partnership, the Guild has raised over $5 million for OSF and served the organization’s artists, staff, and audiences in a wide variety of ways.

Tudor Guild was formed by a group of local volunteers who were determined to provide material assistance to the nascent OSF. Guild members banded together to offer food, furnishings, and housing to actors who came to town in the years before OSF had sustaining financial support to provide these essentials on its own. The group found countless ways to help OSF, including by transporting actors and hosting company events.

Tudor Guild invites new members to join in supporting OSF by participating in OSF Campus History Tours. Members also have opportunities to socialize and hear from guest speakers from OSF at bi-monthly general meetings. To download a membership form, click here.
